Best not to know

Seems everyone wants attention. Some are willing to risk ‘25-to-life’ to get it. Others slaughter dozens to get it posthumously. Not real sure about mass shooters wanting to be famous/infamous posthumously, though. What would drive one, or to make it personal, you, to slaughter random people?

Whew! You didn’t know the answer. What a relief. I have an abiding fear that if I hear the answer, I’ll understand. And I know, I just know, I just know...that moment, that moment, will be my last as a sane man.
