We’re just a swing’n

The pendulums are swinging. The apparatus is back in its summer position. I‘m daydreaming in my backyard.

Traffic noise drifts over the backyard brick wall. I compensate by voicing “Alexa! Play John Coltrane! Louder!” Just the thing to override the backyard traffic noise and the background noise buzzing in my head. His improvisations are a roller coaster: Follow the bumblebee crescendo, peak, and drop weightless off the edge. Only to hit bottom and feel another acceleration upward. I love you, John.
