Nah. Just starting.
Ja? Where you go?
Dunno. See that vista yonder that looks a whole bunch like the ending of that movie Shane? Guess I’ll wander in that direction.
You Shane?
Nah. Name’s Shame. Good talk’n to ya.
As he walked into that vista I pondered our exchange. What did it even mean? Suddenly my memory coughs up that scene from Shane. This memory provokes a thought, “Yeah they were right to ride a horse into that vista. This guy strolling into it isn’t too impressive.
Memories are often judgemental. Maybe not. Judgmentalism belongs to the mechanism that selects which memory gets passed to one’s consciousness. Sometimes I wonder if I’m observing reality or I’m simply a sensory screen upon which reality is projected.
